1. What file formats are the templates in?
The files work on Word 97, 2003, 2007, Office 2010, Office 2016, Windows 7, XP, Vista, and Apple iWork.
2. How do I download the templates?
After you make the payment, you are sent an email.

3. What is the license agreement?
You can change any part of the templates that you wish. The main restriction is that you cannot sell, rent or license these templates as though they were your own. Read the License Agreement here
4. What is the refund policy?
We offer a 60 days refund policy.

6. I need technical support. Who do I contact?
If you experience trouble downloading a product, or you have other technical issues with a product, please contact ivan at klariti.com. This contact information is included in the confirmation email send you immediately following your purchase. Please allow us 24 hours to respond.
7. I have not received my product. Who do I contact?

8. Help! I’ve accidentally deleted my templates!
Just drop us a line with the order number. We’ll send it out. If you have forgotten or lost the receipt number, let us know when you bought the templates and the email address you used to buy the products.
9. Why does my file say it’s corrupt?
If you open a zip file during the download, it may display an error message that the file is corrupt.
What this means is that not all of the file have downloaded and therefore the system thinks its contents are corrupt.
Please try to download the file again or contact us for assistance.
If that doesn’t work, please email us the receipt number and we’ll send you another copy.
10. What is your return policy?
Klariti Ltd will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 8 weeks from the date of purchase.
11. How are customer inquiries handled?
When a customer contacts us, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. If the product is unsatisfactory for reasons beyond our control then a refund will be processed. Refunds are credited to the account used to make the original purchase.
